Plasticos was one of the first American companies to locate in the Otay Mesa area of Tijuana.

The 40,000 sq. ft. building is home to 15 extruders, 13 injection molding machines and a large fabrication department. Plasticos prides itself on providing

We specialize from simple to complex designs, including the capability to produce multi-durometer and multicolor extrusions.

Thermoplastic extrusions are used for a wide variety
of applications.  Supplied in a broad range of materials, they have enabled manufacturers to specify plastics for products of costlier materials.

During our many years of service to industry we have conducted a continuous program of materials and process research in order to provide our customers with versatility and reliability.

Our injection molding department consist of 13 injection molding machines.

Our injection molding presses range from 33 to 300 tons with a shot size capacity of up to 25 ounces.

Vertical parting line injection is also available on the 33 to 85 ton presses with a shot size capacity of up to 6 ounces.

Stock is maintained for customers who order on a regular basis.
